Screw conveyor is a new type of transportation equipment, which uses rotating spiral blades to continuously push materials in a closed shell with circular cross section.
Suitable for conveying all kinds of loose materials, such as power, particles and small pieces of materials, including clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand, grain, small pieces of coal, pebbles and cast iron chips. Not suitable for conveying materials with high viscosity and easy condensation.
LSY screw conveyor uses rotating screw to move the conveyed materials in the fixed shell, and the head and tail bearings are moved to the shell. The hanger bearing adopts sleeve bearing with dustproof sealing device. The bearing bushing usually adopts powder metallurgy, and the conveying concrete adopts felt sleeve. The hanging shaft is connected with the screw shaft through the slider.
